pre-juried artists.
February 1 Notification to Artists regarding status of participation in the Show
February 16 Announcement of Show, including Participating Artist list, sent to NA Community
Registration link sent to all Participating Artists for uploading art selected for sale
March 24 Deadline for uploading art for sale in the show – up to three works of art
April 2, 12–3 PM Artist drop off artwork for sale or
April 3, 4–6 PM Artist drop off of artwork for sale
April 29, 5:30 PM Doors open for Opening Reception, start of Art Show sales (in person only)
April 29, 9:00 PM Online (virtual) art sales begin
May 6, 9:00 AM Online sales suspended for Field Day
May 6, 9:30 AM Field Day – in person sales only
to 3:00 PM
May 6, 3:30 PM Start final online sales of art
May 7, midnight Online sale closes. Art Show concludes.
May 8, 12–3 PM Artists pick up unsold artwork
